At NLOP, our community has always been at the heart of what we do. Whether you’re competing in a freeroll, commenting on a Fold or Fire, or sharing a win on social media, we value your voice and feedback. But lately, we’ve noticed a growing trend of negativity, trolling, and aggressive behavior across our social media platforms and it’s time we set some clear boundaries.
A Line Has Been Crossed – Social Media
While we encourage honest feedback and appreciate constructive criticism, we will no longer tolerate comments that cross the line of:
- Profanity and vulgarity
- Trolling or intentional disruption
- Bullying or targeting other players
- Aggressive or abusive language toward NLOP or its staff
- Repeatedly negative comments without context or intent to help
New Policy: 3 Strikes and You’re Out on Social Media
Starting now, we’re implementing a “3 Strikes You’re Out” rule across all our social channels. Here’s how it works:
- After 3 violations of our community standards, your account will be blocked from engaging with NLOP social media.
- If you’re blocked, you will no longer receive access to social-only promo codes, social-only giveaways, or real-time event updates posted on our channels.
Want to Share Feedback?
We always want to hear from our players, especially when you have suggestions or concerns. But if you’re upset or have an issue to report, please reach out directly to our Support Team, not in our comments. And when you reach out to our support team do it nicely with out profanity and aggression. The “3 Strikes You’re Out” rule applies to reaching out to support. 3 offenses of profanity and vulgarity, bulling, trolling, aggression to our support team will result in a permanent ban from NLOP.
Let’s Keep NLOP Positive
