Have you heard the awesome news?! The WSOP Main Event is back on and scheduled for 2021. This news is brought to you in part by the National League of Poker, and we are sending our toughest players to this life changing poker showdown. 

Chances to Qualify

Before we get into the details, there will be several more spots for players to get to the World Series of Poker! Pay attention to NLOP emails and Facebook posts. That is where we will announce games where the winner will receive entry into the Colossus, as well as a $500 travel credit. These games will run on Sundays, so stay tuned for the upcoming dates!

 

NLOP hosted Main Event Mania last year for the 2020 Main Event. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic the event was cancelled. But it has made it’s iconic return and there will be TWO NLOP players on their way to the iconic Main Event. 

 

For 2021, the Main Event will have four major starting flights for players to get in. There is Day 1A on Thursday November 4, Day 1B on Friday November 5, Day 1C on Saturday November 6 and Day 1D on  Sunday November 7. The famed deepstack tournament will run at the Main Event Final Table on Tuesday November 16 throughout Wednesday November 17.

 

That’s not all. Currently, SIXTEEN players will be sent to Las Vegas with a WSOP Colossus buy in. These play Friday 10/29/21 and Saturday 10/30/21 for Colossus A & B, each with a $400 buy in. There will also be more spots available as NLOP creates more tournaments!

Past Main Events

This is not the first time that NLOP has sent players to the WSOP Main Event. In 2018, the top three winners in the Main Event Mania received the $10,000 Main Event Buy-in, a $1,000 Satellite Buy-in, and a Colossus 3 Buy-in, with all of them receiving extra cash to spend on travel. In 2019, two players were sent to the infamous Main Event. Four other top players from the series received invites to the Satellite turney and Colossus III events. One player from the 2019 event, Hans (username TheArchman), made it to day 3 of the extremely competitive Main Event.
